When communicating with stakeholders a communications strategy needs to be developed that involves increasing levels of complexity. Often a high-level strategy also includes working with senior management to incorporate communications as part of an overall corporate or organisational strategy. This course also examines how to create a multi-country or global communications strategy that will reflect an organisation’s international positioning.
