Terms and Conditions
We are happy to accept cancellations up to 30 days before your course starts, for whatever reason. Cancellation must be in written form by letter, fax or email. We will issue a full refund, subject to a £150 charge to cover administration time and bank fees. No refund will be available if you tell us within less than 30 days of the start of your course that you are unable to attend. However, you may transfer your place to a substitute delegate at any time.
We may change the programme, location and/or trainers without notice.
This agreement is subject to UK law and applies to all services supplied by Pinnacle Public Relations Ltd (Regd: 54 St John's Square, London EC1V 4JL).
Pinnacle will never share your personal information with anyone outside the company, or use it for any purpose to which you have not explicitly agreed.
